Sales Tax:
All items shipped within Maine will be subject to a 5% tax rate.
Shipping:
Ground Delivery Within the Continental U.S.:
We ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS. You should expect to receive your order from our workroom in 2-3 weeks, unless otherwise notified.
Back Orders:
We will contact you by e-mail with a date of approximate availability. If there are multiple items on the order, all items will ship together upon availability.
Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.:
Please e-mail us at info@themuddydog.com for a shipping quote to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and international addresses.
Returns
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us at info@themuddydog.com within
14 days of receipt to notify us of any problems with your order. Please note, for health reasons we are unable to accept returns of any dog duvet, cover or slipcover product unless there is a shipping or
manufacturing error. If this occurs, please send us a detailed e-mail describing your issue, and we will work to ensure your satisfaction.
All merchandise returned must be in its original packaging and unused to be considered for a full store credit or exchange.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. The Muddy Dog™ reserves the right to determine what constitutes a manufacturing defect. Damage due to normal wear and tear will not be grounds for return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses, refused or unclaimed shipments, or recipient's absence. Shipping fees will be deducted from any amount credited to the account for the returned item. Shipping charges will be applied on re-shipments. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
